The official regulations. Use this when you need the legal text, not a summary.
Virginia Department of Health — licensure
Home care organization licensure, including the guidelines personal care agencies operate under.
Virginia Department of Social Services — Child Protective Services registry
Registry checks required in hiring. Follow the current DSS process; do not reuse an old form from a desk drawer.
Virginia Board of Nursing — license lookup
Verify RN and LPN licenses when your model requires nursing supervision.
